Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
By participating in any Clean Up Atlanta event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in Clean Up Atlanta activities may involve physical exertion and outdoor conditions that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.
I hereby release and hold harmless Clean Up Atlanta, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my involvement in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By attending or participating, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
